  41. 1. Distribution by modem:

  43. Visual Advantage, Inc. allows and encourages all bulletin board systems and
  44. online services to distribute this Window Wipers by modem as long as no
  45. files are altered or removed.  If a distribution fee is charged for this
  46. software, you must additionally ensure that:

  48. A. Visual Advantage, Inc. is credited as the publisher of the file.
  49. B. The software is identified as shareware.
  50. C. The shareware concept is explained adequately elsewhere online.

  52. 2. Distribution by diskette:

  54. Shareware vendors may distribute Window Wipers on a floppy disk if
  55. the following conditions are met:

  57. A. You explain the shareware concept and describe this program as shareware
  58. (e.g. "shareware is try-before-buying software", and "the price paid by
  59. users for shareware is a distribution charge only).
  60. B. You credit Visual Advantage, Inc. as the publisher of this software in

  81. E. Please send us a copy of the CD-Rom as soon as it has been manufactured.

  99. reserve the exclusive copyright and all other rights, title and interest
  100. to distribute this program, and to use trademarks in connection with them.

  102. C. This license may be terminated by Visual Advantage, Inc. by giving a
  103. 30 day advance written notice.
